I have been waiting since September of 2021 to receive my payment for my trade in. By now, the phone is entirely paid off and yet every agent and supervisor I have spoken to refuses to fulfill my payment. The phone is always “lost in the warehouse”. Some agents have luck finding it, others do not, but still… NO PAYMENT!

What details can you share about the phone trade in? What Model? Was it active on your Verizon account before September 2021? I know the next question is a stretch...do you have the shipping tracking number or was the trade in surrendered at a store location?
