Well here I go again with Verizon ! I sent a trade in phone to Verizon and it was being looked over and it was supposed to be done on Dec 8th it’s now Dec 30th and still haven’t received the 1000.00 trade in that I was getting for trading in a very nice barely used iPhone 15 pro max for the iPhone 16 pro max and still didn’t get the trade in value all done and now my bill is 1000.00 I’m so sick of dealing with Verizon on a monthly basis get your stuff straight Verizon this isn’t a very good look for yall

I will never trade in thru Verizon again I’ve done it many times and never got what they say. I will get. I traded my own iPhone 15 pro max thru Apple with NO problems. Verizon is bad about trade ins and returns

this is it yes was bought in August of 2024 traded in just recently was a transfer from Tmobile to Verizon too
