I was given a trade in value for daughter to get an Iphone 15 Pro of $830.16  $23.06 credit for 36 months. This was to take her from T-mobile back to our account.  We took this over buying her another phone for her T-mobile account. She traded in her Iphone 11 Pro 64 GB space gray.  After taking her phone to UPS store and shipping it back to verizon on Feb 23 2024 I received 3 emails on March 7th 2024 stating my I canceled my my device trade in. I called your customer service about this issue and the lady told me that it took 48 to 72 hours to evaluate the phone trade in. I asked when they got the phone and she stated March  3rd. Since I called the 8th it has been past that time. She informed me that those emails should be ignored that the phone is being evaluated. Then later March 8th I received an email telling me the phone was worth $140.00. A phone that had no crack chips or dents in it at all. That was even sent back in a case. I have been with verizon since 2001 and am disgusted by the flat out lie. I would have just bought my daughter a phone on her line if I knew verizon was lying.  Here is a screen shot of your estimated value. What was wrong with the phone that cost $700 loss in value besides lying to your customers.  I sent screen shot of the estimate and the trade in value.

Hello, rlowe9. Help is here Sounds like the market value was given since the trade in was canceled but we can help. Do you have the tracking number and the initial trade-in submission ID?
