We added 3 new lines to our existing plan in October 2023. One line we traded a iphone 8 plus for the iphone 15 plus the promo was $830 trade in. The second line we traded in a Samsung 5g plus for the Samsung s23 ultra the promo was $800. The third line was Byo. The credit was applied incorrectly and we were given 90 for one line and 240 for the other. We have been dealing with this since October with no results. I have the original papers the assistant manager filled out with her signature and she submitted papers to corporate to get it fixed. We were declined and said a different promo was applied. Now we are not getting responded to with this. I have proof of what the promo in October was. The paper trail of this and still no results.
