Four months, having the same issue as others in this forum with trying to get trade-in credit for a phone sent to Whiteland, IN shipping label/address provided by Verizon. This has been an ongoing issue since April 7th, this year ( 2024). Customer service asks the same questions each time and all Verizon agents state they are looking into the issue and documenting the problem. However, with no feedback or resolution, just continued delays and no concrete answers. This does not appear to be an individual issue and attention to this problem needs to be addressed by Verizon. Unacceptable to have the customer run around between Verizon corporate stores, individual/private store, and UPS drop off locations to file claims to resolve the issue that is clearly happening to multiple Verizon customers..
My credit should have been applied in April. However, my bill does not reflect this.
