Trade in value was not what I was told

I did the trade in deal for new a new phone.  I sent back a perfect IPhone 13Pro Mac 512GB for a new iPhone Pro. They said I would get $1000.  I got  $125.  Seriously?  I’ve been a customer for a long  time.   This is the final straw.   I’m going to start moving the lines off of Verizon to T Mobile.   For $125, I want the phone back. Good luck with that right?

Sorry I was busy posting this on  X and other platforms.  If I had a dollar for every minute I’ve had to spend on Verizon support calls I would be able to buy two new phones.

You can’t give me my old phone back but you can arbitrarily tell me it’s only worth $125.  I’m filing a complaint with the FTC.gov for deceptive advertising.

Here is a link to the FTC fraud reporting.  If anyone else is having the same issue let the FTC know. https://reportfraud.ftc.gov

So they give me $125 instead of the $1000 that was advertised.  Trade in was perfect.  I want the trade in back and now I can’t get it?  That phone was worth way more than what they offered.  I’m really tired of Verizon’s so called service.   There are too many other good carriers out there.

Thank you.  $125 is not what I was expecting.

Still haven’t heard from them.   I try to get to any messages but the app hangs.  Is this intentional?  I suggest you call me on my main number
