Sent my iphone to be traded in for a discount on my bill and a new phone. Trade in was dropped off at staples to be sent through ups. Account shows no sign of the trade in or the discount. I’m seeing it’s a consistent problem for most who trade in their phone via mail

Paddyd5432, we are sorry to read that you are having issues with your trade in. We want to assist to get to the bottom of your concerns. How long ago was the device sent through UPS? Was this using the label provided with the trade in? Does the tracking show that the package is still with UPS or does it show delivered?
