Hello,

I have recently upgraded my mobile device. It was an early upgrade and I was supposed to get credit for the remaining balance. I sent my IPhone 13 back and didn’t receive any trade in credit. The only thing Verizon did was add the balance to my account that was remaining on my phone. Why would you take my device to not give me any credit for it? If I was just going to be billed the remainder left on my phone then I deserve my iPhone 13 back since I’m paying for it and don’t have it. Very wrong of Verizon to offer an upgrade and essentially give you nothing. I called and spoke customer service who told me it’s best to go in the store to better understand what you’re getting. That’s sad to know I haven’t been in a store to purchase a phone in at least 10 years and never had this problem. I’m so disappointed in Verizon that there is no doubt in my mind that I will stay with this company.

We definitely don't want you to get billed for a device that was returned. We will send a private message to further look into this.

Hi Freddy! Thank you so much! Today I was helped fully and the issue has been resolved. I’m pleased with the outcome. I think sometimes when you reach some representatives they will go to the extreme to help you and today that happened.
