I was hammered with ads about trading in my current phone to receive the $800 credit on a new iPhone 15. I decided to do it and was told that it would happen on my next billing cycle. I only received a $400 credit spread out over the 36 months. When I called and explained how I was deceived by Verizon advertising on this deal, they told me to fill out a paid credit promotion adjustment form which I’ve been trying to find and nobody knows what I’m talking about. I was told that promos are honored as long as you have purchased it and called within the 30 day warranty, which I have done both.  I can only see on this community that nobody has been honored with this deceiving $800 promotion that literally was all over phone, Internet and TV. I don’t know how you get away with it. Very frustrating and once again you caused my bills to be increased.   I have been a loyal customer for 20 years.
