I returned a iphone 15pro that I ordered. The device was never opened, it was attached to a trade in promo of $1000. The store agent was suppose to first cancel the trade in before refunding the return and my device trade iniphone 12 got stuck now on pending cancel and its been 2 weeks so Im not able to place another other and use the iphone 12 as a trade in because the system reads it as if its pending with another trade in. Eventhough the iphone 15 pro order show returned and refunded. I need solution, many calls to customer service and no help
