UPS lost my VERIZON TRADE-IN

Jan 10th 2025 I mailed back my trade in with the provided Verizon label and box. Tracking stopped on the 17th and now seems to be lost. UPS won't do anything because they need Verizon to handle it as it is their label. No one is helping me and I cannot pay for a new phone. Is this how Verizon operates? I better not lose my promo credit for something not my fault.

I traded in my 15 pro max for a 16 pro max. i even paid the money for the early upgrade. that was at the end of November. the phone was brought to ups on Dec 5. i had two accurate bills, and now February bill has a 600$ charge claiming they never received trade in. Ive been a member with verizon for over 10 years. If this is not fixed by feb 7 i will no longer be a verizon customer.
