I have also been dealing with Verizon not honoring their Trade In Promotion. I mailed my S22 Ultra phone using the box sent to me (took a picture of the label). It was delivered at their loading dock in Texas on April 24th, 2023. I even took a screenshot of the UPS tracking status page showing it was delivered and signed by "Long." Then, I receive an e-mail on June 10th stating they never received my device even though it clearly shows it was delivered. So, every month after I have had to call in because my bill is $22 higher than it should be. Every month they put in a "ticket" and nothing is ever resolved. At one point I was told to call UPS to file a claim, so I call UPS and they tell me that I cannot file a claim because they delivered it at their loading dock and "Long" signed for it. So, UPS sends me a Proof of Delivery letter. I then provide this to Verizon (the proof of delivery) and they still will not apply the $800 promotional credit. My balance says I owe over $1000. I have called, texted, and then went to a Verizon store today after being told that's what I need to do to fix it. The Verizon store person was aghast that they told me to go to a store because there's nothing they can do. So, here we are in month 9 and NOTHING is resolved. I have been with this company for over 19 years, and it makes me want to go elsewhere. I'm also contemplating legal action. This is ridiculous.
