I ordered a new iPhone and need to send my old one in for a trade to get the rebate but they didn’t include anything to send the old phone in, not and address or instructions or anything. Does anyone know where to find instructions?

If this is a promotion, did you check your account under the orders section, or if there's a promotions section, to see if the information's there? I did find trade-in information on the website, but it's for trading in to get a gift card or some other credit to your account, and don't think that applies for promotions.
