I traded in my iPhone 13 Pro Max in January for an iPhone 15 pro max. I started the order online to pick up in store and the manager transferred my data and said he would take in my iPhone 13 as trade. I have contacted Verizon customer support numerous times because I keep getting emails that I will loose my trade in credit because they claim they never recieved the phone. I have requested Verizon to pull the cameras and conduct an investigation on the store but I am getting nowhere how do I get corporate involved?
