Verizon trade-in device (Delivered by UPS; Verizon says unreceived)

Hi everyone, I'm reaching out here as I'm facing a distressing issue with a recent trade-in transaction with Verizon Wireless, and I'm seeking advice or assistance from fellow community members who might have experienced a similar situation or could offer guidance.

I recently set up my mobile line with Verizon, opting for the iPhone 15 Pro with my iPhone 11 through their trade-in program. I meticulously followed the provided instructions, using the Verizon-provided shipping label and box to return my iPhone 11. According to UPS records, the device was shipped on October 7 and successfully delivered on October 13.

However, on December 12, I received an email notification from Verizon stating they had not received my trade-in device. Subsequently, they removed the $830 trade-in credit that was initially promised, despite clear evidence from UPS confirming the timely delivery.  I've engaged Verizon's customer service multiple times, providing them with the UPS delivery confirmation and all pertinent details, without a positive response from them.

Any guidance, suggestions, or insights would be immensely appreciated.

Thank you so much.
