I recently upgraded one of my phones to an iPhone 15 Pro and expected to get a $1000 credit. I received the return materials from Verizon and sent in my Iphone 12 Pro. Last week I received an email that I the trade-in phone was not sent back in time and my trade-in credit is 0. Any credits I already received would be billed on my next monthly invoice. I contacted customer service and it seems they have the wrong UPS tracking number associated with my trade-in so it's showing that they never received it. A ticket was opened but nothing happened. I tried customer service again but I'm not confident it will be resolved.
Anyone have this issue in the past and got it resolved?

It took a few times but finally got a customer service rep who knew what she was doing. The rest were useless with fake promises.
