This community forum has helped me before so I am reaching out again in hopes of getting a resolution to my issue. Back in July, I traded in 4 iphones and purchased 4 new phones. 3 out of the 4 phones had the correct promotion apply ($27.77 credit per month). The 4th line was only given $200 one-time credit. To be clear, they were all the exact same phones that we purchased and traded in.
I have contacted Verizon numerous times and spent countless hours trying to get this resolved. Eventually, I was told in early November that I needed to go into the Verizon store where the phones were traded in. I did this immediately on 11/9 and was told by the sales agent that it would be taken care of. I followed up with him on 11/15, 11/28, 12/5, 1/2, 1/10, and lastly on 1/25.
This has been BEYOND frustrating. I would appreciate some assistance in this matter. It has been over 6 months!
