I forgot why I hate buying a phone from Verizon:
Facts:
I was told I would receive a $1,000 credit for trading in my iPhone. The $1,000 credit showed up on my bill for a billing cycle. This trade in credit was then removed and when I called I was told this was a mistake. At the same time I started receiving a monthly credit for the phone trade in. All there representatives I spoke to were confused about this. I spent hours trying to resolve. They said they would fix the problem. I traveled out of the country. Prior to leaving I paid the amount I was told to pay, however my phone was then shut off while I was out of the country. I was then charge $20 reconnect fee on all devices which came to $100. I tried going into the store to get this resolved. Still not resolved.
This is so messed up. I will never buy another phone directly from Verizon again.
