How do you file a complaint that someone at Verizon will actually look at? & not pass it off or say they will call back & never call back?
I bought 6 phones that should b free with trade in & the Apple Watch. I sent my old phones back for credit but they keep saying they’ve never received them. Verizon gave me the box. the trade in phones were never credited to my account so I am still being charged monthly for all 6 phone payments & a Watch that should have been free under a promotion July of 2022. Worst service ever. . Please help get this corrected as it is now I’ve a year & 6 months.
