I’ve been grandfathered under the Go Unlimited Plan since 2016, and I’ve noticed that my hotspot speed has been consistently very slow and unreliable recently. The Plan guarantees unlimited 600 Kbps with no data caps or reductions, but all of my speed tests are showing 0-200 Kbps.
My devices (iPhone 12 and Lenovo Chromebook) softwares are all up to date, hardware shut down and started afresh, no other networks competing for connection.
Any insights? (Side note, I’m not interested in an upsell. I’m looking for a resolution to the contractual promise of truly unlimited plan)
