I am new to Verizon, but am trying to backup my new iPhone 11 Max Pro, which has photos and movies from earlier iPhones as time went on.
I noticed a stall in the backup, until I chose only to backup photos.
Then I thought I would select videos to get them done as well, but it kept stopping at 106 videos out of 557. So it dawned on me that it must be something to do with the size of the files.
Does anyone know the size limitation of each video file?
Also, is there a way to differentiate which files to backup, by size, or date directly in the backup software from the phone app? Or does this have to be done on the computer tethered to the iPhone?
We know how important it is to ensure your important memories are backed up from your phone. Are you trying to use the Verizon Cloud to back up your device or Apple's iCloud?
