How to backup all Verizon Cloud files to a portable SSI drive?

Download and use the Desktop App for Verizon Cloud (v24.5+). Log in with your MyVerizon info and you will see in Device Management a 'Download All' button for each device you used to save content to the Cloud (If you are the owner of a Shareable Plan you can not download content from members, only your own).
Due to current limitations you can only save to the C: drive (or Prime drive). From there you may use a file manager app to transfer content to another drive location internal or external, as well as a new on-line service.
