I have been trying to access the website http://verizon.com/homeoffers but when I click on the link it states I need to sign in with my ‘Home account’. When I go to set up a home account it states the email I’m using is already associated with my mobile account and I cannot use it when on web browser, but I am able to log into the Verizon Home app using my credentials. I am confused and am trying to understand how to access the website since I was directed there to try to access the sign on bonus for my account.

Is the Home account for Fios? There is a process for merging your Fios and mobile accounts so you can see them both under one login.
