samson44, we want to make sure you are receiving all of your important emails. let's continue to investigate. When did this start? Are you able to access all of your emails from a computer? Which email application are you using? Also, may we have the Make/Model of your device?

There was a temporary problem delivering your message to [email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service] Gmail will retry for 47 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently.

I am sorry for the delay in the messages, samson44. Has the functionality returned to normal at this time? What messaging application are you using?

everyone that I'm asking which is using Verizon have the same issue, asked a lot of Verizon clients
if there is no response from Verizon we will have to switch phone service.
@vzw_customer_support is there any time frame when this will be fixed ?
Looking forward for a fast reply.

I am having the same issue sending text from Gmail to a verizon number. Same error messages as the other poster, and you click for 'more information' and it doesn't work. I was wondering if this is a Google Workspace error, since that just started up.

As a consumer, I too want to ensure I'm getting the right products and services for myself and my family. The details you’ve shared are helpful. Could you share with us the location where this occured?

Do ignore the last message.
I imagine it's been look at, but do confirm there are no blocks in place using these steps in My Verizon

Have you opened a case with Google/Gmail support? I sent messages from my Comcast.net account to both vtext and vzwpix, received immediately on my phone with NO issues. Yes, from my Gmail account it fails or is delayed (haven't received them yet). Appears it might be a Google Mail issue or should be troubleshot from that angle first.

@elya500 ,
Apologies, but while no one would want to see you go, we would need to know more about what issue you are having to best assist you. The title of this thread refers to emails not arriving through VZWPIX, which is explained more here (see #4 under "Sending Messages"): http://spr.ly/6606yO5YI . As you can see in those steps, @VTEXT.com should be used for text, while @vzwpix.com should be used if there is an attachment such as a picture or emoji. We cannot guarantee message delivery to subscribers of other wireless carriers, just like they cannot guarantee delivery when using their own @.com texting. If you are using these for a business, then Enterprise Messaging should be used instead: http://spr.ly/6607yO5YL
With all of that shared, how are you specifically using this feature, and what happens when you are using it?

@vzw_customer_support as I mentioned and everyone here mentioned this issue happened about a week ago and its still not fixed, the issue is then when sending from @GMAIL A text to @VTEXT.com and attachments @vzwpix.com is it not going and getting every few minutes a error saying at below
There was a temporary problem delivering your message to [email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service]. Gmail will retry for 46 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently.
Im using it already for years and never had this issue, as i said it startet about a week ago with every massage send via GMAIL..
It might be its googles issue and not Verizon, can you confirm if this is Verizon's issue or google/gmail?

elya500, you have been dealing with this for far too long and I have done more digging into this issue and the proper way to escalate the issue. This does have to be escalated in one of two ways. If you are on a personal Verizon account (consumer) you will have to call our Sales team to properly escalate. They can be reached at 800-256-4646, Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 2:00 AM ET, Sat 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM ET, Sun 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM ET If you are on a Corporate Business Account you will have to call and reach our Business Team Tech Support which would be calling the Business department at 800-922-0204, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Local Time.

I'm doing my own sleuthing and beginning to think it may be Gmail. By the way, why do I always have to log on twice to Verizon's website?

Calling didn't do much good. I spent quite a while on tech support but no cigar. If you guys could somehow talk directly to Google that might do more good than I ever could. I don't know if google actually responds to feedback.. in a timely manner. This problem is annoying and I've had to go to outlook (yuck) mail to make it work again.
