I would like to get a transcript of unedited information, with time and date stamps, and I am not sure how. I'm not sure if its even possible from a users end. I'd call and ask, but verizon is closed... any advice?
Thank you TB and budone.
Just to clarify, it is true, the content details to Text Messages can be released only with a Search Warrant from a court of law. Once obtained, please have a law enforcement official contact us at 1-800/922-0204 and we will get him or her in contact with our Law Enforcement Resource Team (LERT). Text Messages are stored on the server for up to ten (10) days (240 hours) from the date it is sent and/or received.
Thanks,
I believe the info is stored for a very short period of time. Around 72 hours or something.. You're best bet is contact a lawyer you need a subpoena from judge to get anything from Verizon's records.
Odds are very low this is a viable method for what you are trying to do
I believe the amount of texts stored at VZW is 5-10 days worth. Then they are purged.
