Message+ - Not able to generate pin

Message+ app won't generate a pin. It worked a couple of months ago when I synced the app with my VZ work device. I've deleted and redownloaded the app, I've checked the software and its up to date, i've disconnected from my vpn, i've tried from my work ipad, but nothing helps. This has been ongoing issue for about a month now.

We understand how important it is to be able to utilize your messaging application as expected. You shared that you turned off iMessage, is your device an iPhone? Verizon Message+ app sunsets in late 2024. As part of the sunset, Verizon encourages customers to migrate to Google's messaging app called "Google Messages". However, if you are using an iPhone, you can use the messaging application that came installed on your device. What type of pin are you attempting to generate and where is it coming from? Any additional details that you can share with us will be helpful so that we can work to address your concerns.

I also use messages + on my iPad as a back up to my Galaxy S24U and I cannot connect anymore, nor can I make or receive calls on messages + on my iPad. Google messages is not available on iOS and this affects my ability to text and receive calls on my iPad.

My Message + plus app is saying "Unable to generate PIN" . I don't get messages from Android users on my Apple IOS main app if I am only connected to WIFI. I will be travelling abroad where my Verizon cell signal will be unavailable and only wifi available. I used to get those message via the Message+ app, what do I do now?
