Message + on PC not showing messages from VZW

Message + on PC not showing messages from VZW.  Messages from other sources seem to be OK.

Any ideas?

All messages sent by all parties from anywhere show up on message+ on my

phone, tablet and pc; EXCEPT messages from VZW, which do NOT show up on

message+ on the pc.

Can you identify what make/model the phones are on the VZW network whose messages don't make it to the desktop Message+ app?  I just sent myself a text from my Droid Turbo 2 phone and it immediately showed up in my Message+ app on my PC.

Wait...are you saying texts from Verizon Wireless as a company and not just VZW network users?

Yes, I am referring to messages that come from the COMPANY Verizon, for

example messages telling me that I can view my bill on line, or messages

saying that I have changed my password.

Well, I just received a text message on my phone from VZW thanking me for my auto payment.  I logged into Message+ on my PC and that text message is NOT there.  I submitted a 'Send Feedback' query:

Well, it could be because the headers in the VZW messages don't have any reference to our phone numbers:

VZW msg not making to PC app:

<sms recipients="900070008000" id="0">

<from_addr>900070008000</from_addr>

Normal msg on phone app and PC app:

<sms recipients="+1773xxxxxxx" id="0">

<from_addr>+1847xxxxxxx</from_addr>

RONGURU, has this always been an issue or did you recently notice these messages not showing up? As Jav6 asked, I am curious as well about the make and model of phone you are using. Looking forward to hearing back.

Well, I searched PC Message + for "VZW" and it shows 4 hits -- see

screen shot below.  My phone is a galaxy s7 but not sure why that would

have any effect on the PC form of Message+

@ChristinaB_VZW, Please pass this issue on to Technical Support who should be able to replicate the issue with ease.  There are tickets open trying to get answers regarding this, one being NRB [removed].

Ticket number removed as required by the Verizon Wireless Terms of Service​.

You can't send images through the email reply option.  You need to sign into the forum directly and add the images to this specific discussion thread.
