Transferring Pictures without SIM card

Screen on the Rival Phone has gone belly-up. Still under warranty, so replacement phone is also a Rival.

I want to transfer the pics/video from the original phone to the new phone.

I've connected the phone via usb cable to my computer, and Windows completed the steps installing the drivers, but the phone does not show up on my computer. I've seen a similar question elsewhere in the forums where you can send them from the original phone via e-mail and get them to the computer that way. But since the screen on the original phone doesn't work, is there another way?

By the way, the media was not stored on a SIM card.

When the screens died on my sons ENV2 the store was able to transfer his stuff to the new phone so go in and see if they will do that for you. Mary

You can also try an program called BitPim - use it at your own risk though. It CAN do a lot, just be careful.

My sons stuff was not on a memory card either and the store was able to do it with no working screens, we just had to leave for an hour and come back. We couldn't get bitpim to work on any of our phones. Mary
