I am currently trying to change the email address on my Verizon account, but it prompts me to click a link, which they send me through text message to verify ownership of the account.
When i get the text message, "There's a request to update your email address from the Verizon website. Please confirm or deny here: ..." and I click the link, the webpage that pops up stays on the loading screen and never reaches the verification page.
I have also reached the maximum amount of attempts allowed, so I am unable to try and change my email address.
