When I check Verizon Messages settings on my phone for "Manage Devices" it says there are "No devices associated with your primary phone number" I've been using the app for months on my phone and PC without any problems. Am I missing something?
Interesting, and I wish I had an answer for you. I checked mine, and I can see my tablet and computer s connected devices on my phone... is Verizon Messages set as the default app on the phone? Clear the app cache and restart the phone to see if it resets?
Does Messages still work as it always has?
