I used to be able to use the website to text. It was very convienient and I loved it. About a year ago, it stopped working for me. It loads some of the page but the portion of the page that displays the actual text message funcitons/messages never displays anything and only shows a load icon perpetually. (3 dots blinking in succesion over and over) I am using chrome and have inspected the page to see the errors. I have seen by googling this type of issue that other people have similar issues and have attempted to have it addressed by verizon but I havent run accross an account where it was fixed for the person. It would be very nice if it could be forwarded up to the web dev team to look at the portion of the web script that these errors are referencing and fix it so that it can run on the most common platform in exhistance. (Windows + Chrome)

I am a consumer myself so I rely on sending messages on the web too. You have reached the right person to help you. I am sure we will figure this out. Working now and was apparently fixed sometime yesterday.
