photos won't download or upload on messenger or messenger+.  I get a message saying that the network is unavailable

yes, and a lot of data is available

Ccondon, thanks for clarifying for me. I love sending photos of my daughter to her grandmother, so I wouldn't be happy with that either. Are you only having an issue uploading and downloading pictures with the messenger application? Are you using the Verizon Message + application?

Yes. But someone looked at it and turned wi fi off and phone off then

turned them both back on and now it seems to work. Thank you
