I have a question about something and I want someone to help with this issue but I sent my son a Verizon store and he didn't even know my password nor my account information so a representative called me and asked my could he access my account and I said yes but I told him the only thing I wanted done is to do what my son needed to do with his phone only but the representative did more on my account without asking me and now they think they are going to hold me responsible and I refuse and I tried to talk to with the manger of the store and she said she couldn't help for me to tell my son to come to the store and let the representative explain to my son the changes that were done but how can they tell him to come and he didn't have access to anything but made my son a account manager while he was there which I had no idea what was changed until he brung me a receipt so I am not going to be accountable for what that store did without my consent so how do I go about getting this issue solved immediately
