Issues with bill

I have been with Verizon well over 5 years now. Just realized how I am being overcharged for their Verizon family app that shoud be FREE.  I am tired of paying $400+ for horrible  service and customer service!!!

I cant wait to be be done with them! Seems I am not alone!
