Gift Card Refund

It has been over a week now and I’m still waiting for my refund from a cancelled order to be credited to my gift card. Why can’t anyone help me???  I don’t understand??? Please help

I too am dealing with this. I ordered galaxy pro3 earbuds for pickup from a store near me. Unfortunately my truck broke down before I could make it there. I called to see if they could ship instead and Unfortunately they canceled my order on the 15th. To pay I used a $200 verizon gift card (I received when I signed up with verizon for a promotional thing)  and then my debit card to pay the remaining $27. The same day it was canceled I received the $27 refund back onto my debit card, but the $200 refund has still not shown up on the original gift card like they said would. It's been 3 buisness days (which was what they told me) when I asked how long. I have my order number and location code, if anyone from verizon can help PLEASE 🙏 I'd love to reorder the galaxy pro 3 buds again (but to be shipped instead) BEFORE the sale end. If you can message me back and let me know where to go to get the private message that would be amazing. Thankyou so much!!

I'm also experiencing the same thing. Any updates? Literally what happened to me. I made an online order for some accessories using gift card, set for pick up, got a cancellation email, and now im waiting for the gift card to be refunded...nobody on customer support can assist me, telling me different things, no straight answer.
