N keep in mind. I already had an iPhone paid off. I spoke to six different sales representatives because I did my service over the phone. In the store cause I was their to pick up my equipment, but the system was saying it couldn’t verify my identity. They never mentioned that once you go pick up your equipment and you receive your new device they supposed to give UA redemption code to claim the promotional gift card right then and there. An You have 30 days to redeem the promotion gift card. From the day that I got my device and my Internet equipment. I’m very mad cause I would’ve never switched over. I have spoken to probably over 10 representatives as well. Chatted with two. They all told me that I was gonna get my promotional gift card for the switcher and the Internet service within 5 to 7 days so there was lying as well. I hate I have service with Verizon. Cause they basically sc@ming us
