I've had an ongoing issue with being able to apply my Verizon Dollars earned by using my Verizon Visa, to my Verizon Wireless bill. No one I have chatted with or spoken to on the phone with Verizon has been able to help me. I can see the Verizon Dollars on my Verizon Visa app and on my statements, but that's where it ends.
I've been scouring the Verizon Wireless website and the My Verizon app and just don't see where the option exists. It's almost as if the two accounts have to be connected and aren't. Others have stated, in other threads, that they have been successful at applying them to their bill.
Please tell me how
