Verizon Rewards

I’ve been trying to work with Verizon and Synchrony bank to  link my Verizon reward dollars to my  Verizon account. I’ve been working this for 2 years (see notes on my account). I have $342 Verizon dollars that I am unable to use towards my bill or anything because my visa is not linked to my Verizon. I see the reward dollars on my visa and zero dollars are shown in the dashboard through my Verizon.

Verizon entered another ticket although this has to be at least a dozen tickets (no joke) that has been entered on my account for this same issue. No follow up as usual and it’s not fixed as usual. This is the hamster in a wheel I’ve been dealing with for two years.

I got a new Visa card in September when my former card was compromised ...since that time none of my rewards have been transferred to my Verizon Account...I have been on back and forth calls since October...finally a ticket was filed in November...but still no action...I must have close to $500 in rewards that has not been made available to me...plus I have likely spent 5 hours on phone calls and help lines...I do not appreciate the time and effort it takes to resolve any issue with Verizon...this is absolutely unacceptable....
