Unable to apply visa rewards dollars towards monthly cell bill 3 months now anyone else??

What more do u need they won't show and won't let me use them to pay the bill!!!!!
See nothing showing on main screen yet rewards dash shows 45.72 but when you click redeem and then login to the Verizon cell act it is greyed out and nowhere can you apply the money to the 96.00 cell bill
