Verizon visa dollars do not show in Verizon app

I have Verizon visa dollars and the balance shows correctly in the Verizon Visa card app. (Balance is > $100)

but in the my Verizon app my Verizon visa dollars balance shows as 0.00

i called Verizon Visa card and they told me to call Verizon

i called Verizon a few times now and they don’t know how to fix it

i just want to be able to apply my Verizon visa dollars balance to my Verizon mobile bill monthly

i set it up to automatically apply the balance to the bill but the balance shows as 0.00 even though it is really over $100.00

how can this be resolved?

please help.

That phone number is for the customer service of Verizon visa synchrony bank

I already called them and they could not help

they told me to call Verizon and that is what I did

how can this resolved?

I called Verizon 3 times about this and they could not resolve it

I guess the Verizon dollars are useless.

so don’t bother getting the card

I was trying to use it on my wireless account

I am an account manager on this account

i was able to view and to apply my visa dollars in the past on my wireless account when i was an account owner.

When I switched accounts I was not able to do anything
