Since Verizon locked my previous post…..without resolving my issue opening a new one here.

I received no message, I don’t have an Avatar at all so there isn’t one in the top right corner. On one page I saw an envelope icon but there were no messages at all. I checked the support chat window only saw the useless AI bot greeting on repeat.
same problem, go get a Director involved they’re all aware of this problem now.

Locked out of my AOL email account that was provided 5 years ago when I subscribed to Fios.
Finding out today that VZ transferred all email services to AOL who as a separate business entity chose to drop all email accounts to a service level of Free without support.
So my locked out account is hostage behind a paywall. Had I known this was the status I would have abandoned use of this trash service from AOL.
