I need to learn music from an album. After I listened all day, the speaker (and headphone) audio just quit. Audio is fine for calls.
reset the player you were using for music. go to settings force stop then storage within same app then clear data, restart phone reopen same player should work then.
What troubleshooting steps have you tried? Reboot the phone? Was the phone too warm?
