Back up assistant plus hasn't synced in 4 days. Says it cannot connect. No problem connecting to any other app or email program, what's wrong and what can I do to fix this?

Making sure your information is backed up is very important. I'm sorry your backup isn't working but we will help with some information. Which Windows phone do you have? Is this for prepaid services. No, this isn't fixed yet, I have had a ticket number for weeks now, I am going to "chat" now to see if there is a resolution yet. To say I am annoyed it putting it mildly.
