I have a secondhand Samsung Brightside. I want to use the backup assistant to transfer my contacts to a new phone, but the backup assistant says that because the phone number of the device has changed, I need to remove and reinstall it in the get it now mobile shop in order to do so. Unfortunately, I can't find the get it now mobile shop on my phone. Where can I find it, and is there a way to do this without reinstalling backup assistant?
