I gave my daughter a Prepaid Samsung Gusto 2 for emergencies. But I don't want the temptation to be too much.
How can I disable the mobile web for this phone? I can't find any way to block the feature on MyVerizon web site.

You cannot erase the web or make it not open, however you can change the shortcut settings under phone settings and directional keys. The up key usually starts the web but I always had my phones set up to open something else, so even if it was accidentally pressed, it wouldn't go onto the web. You could also call the prepaid customer service on a landline phone with the number used to activate the device, and ask them to install a data block. This would remove any chance of her accessing a web site, but the browser would still open (not "eating" any minutes away)
