I have a basic phone, Samsung Intensity II and am getting a LG Cosmos 3. I have text messages I would like to save or transfer to my new phone. Is this possible?
@anne46307,I can understand the importance of keeping your text messages safe! Unfortunately, the Intensity 2 does not have the option to backup the text messages. You can use Backup Assistant to back up only the contacts http://vz.to/QCuWpY.JohnB_VZWFollow us on Twitter @VZWSupport
Send the texts to your email address. Then after you get the new phone activated send them from your email back to your phone as text using your10digitnumber for the email address. Mary
