Have had my Cosmos Touch for 2 months and I already want to get rid of it. When I use the qwerty keyboard to text and close it after I sent msg, the phone shuts off every time and the msg does not go through, so then I have to go back and retype it or sometimes people dont get important msgs. I dont have it set where closing the phone means to shut it off. Please help-- what are the solutions to get a new phone? (I'd be happy with any basic phone at this point-- no touch screens again). I also have the same issues with the phone lighting up. Would this qualify for a CPO?
