Does a picture message sent from a basic phone incur data plan usage?

That is a great question. When you are using a regular phone to send a picture text it does need to travel on our data network, but we will not bill you for that data. If you were to send a picture via email then it would take from your data plan. Are you having trouble with picture messages?
