Cbaragar, connectivity at your fingertips is what we strive for! What is the make and model of your tablet? Do you get optimum speed and signal connected to 3G/4G or is it the limited connectivity as well when connected to wifi? This also can depend on the amount of traffic on the wifi access point. Is this public wifi or a home network that you are connecting to? Please share details so we can get the best path to resolution. Thanks!

Limited connectivity can be something as simple as you turning off your wireless router and wait a few moments and then powering back on. Let it fully cycle back up before you try to connect again. I would have your device turned off while you recycle the router or broadband modem or both.

After your router is fully up, turn on your device and see if it finds your wireless SSID name, if it does click connect on the device and enter the pass code for the network. Then click remember or if that is not an option it will remember your settings for next time. Most times that message is because the pass code is not being accepted or the router and modem simply need to be turned on and off.

Good Luck
