I need to reset my phone back to it's original settings from when it shipped? I have searched and do not see any
instructions on how to do this. Anyone know how to?

We have the answer you're looking for! You can completely erase the phone and start it over as if you've never used it by performing a Hard Reset on it. Here's the steps: http://vz.to/1sef39X
